1) Introduction
SulitCheck is a social-commerce and review platform owned and operated by Incepxion Technologies Inc. (“Incepxion”, “we”, “our”). By accessing or using SulitCheck (web or mobile), you agree to these Terms.
2) Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You’re responsible for safeguarding your password and account activity.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our policies, or applicable laws.
3) User-Generated Content
- You retain ownership of videos, images, text, and reviews you upload.
- You grant Incepxion a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and promote your content on SulitCheck and related marketing for the purpose of operating and improving the service.
- Prohibited content includes fake/paid-to-deceive reviews, spam, scams, misleading claims, explicit adult content, hate speech, IP infringement, and any illegal activity.
- We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or harms users or the platform.
4) Brand Subscriptions & Verification
- Brand owners can subscribe to premium features (e.g., Verification Badge, analytics, promotion placements).
- Unless otherwise stated in a published refund policy, payments are final and non-refundable. Billing cycles auto-renew until canceled.
- Verification may be revoked if requirements are no longer met or in cases of abuse/misrepresentation.
5) Acceptable Use
- No attempts to reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or disrupt the service.
- No impersonation, fraud, or unauthorized promotions and giveaways.
- Ads and affiliate links must follow platform rules and local laws.
6) Platform Changes & Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features to improve reliability and security. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
SulitCheck is provided “as is” and “as available.” Reviews and opinions are those of users, not of Incepxion. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Incepxion will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Incepxion from claims arising out of your content or breach of these Terms.
9) Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Venue and jurisdiction shall be in the courts of Taguig or Makati, unless otherwise required by law.
